What counts as a verification?

A verification is defined as a single identity verification attempt, regardless of whether it's successful or not. This includes document verification, facial recognition, and other identity checks.

How are overages billed?

If you exceed your monthly verification limit, additional verifications are charged at the overage cost rate specified in your plan. Overages are billed at the end of the month.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and any unused verifications do not carry over.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can also arrange for bank transfers for Enterprise customers.
